hi - is there any alternative to the regular taxis late at night?
Kunming can be a late night city and returning home in a taxi without seat belts is far from ideal.
Are there any private hire cars available in the early hours that can pick up in the Moondog/Kundu area?

Every taxi I have been in has seatbelts in the front. I think they also have rear belts, but these are usually behind the seat covers and inaccessible.

Private cars often have the same issue with seat covers.
There is a chap who advertised on here on the airport pick up thread. Try him.

I would be disinclined to get/catch a 'black' (unlicensed) taxi from Kundu at night.
