Wal-Mart. But you're right, you're a bit early. On the other hand, one of the Wal-Mart stores was playing Christmas music in July!

Wal-mart, Carrefour, Metro they all stock this stuff towards xmas. Also in Metro (in other cities) there is usually a reasonable selection of fake trees.
