In English I think they are called "yam noodles".

Are they called 魔芋 (Móyù) noodles?

If you mean sweet potato (although not really a yam) noodles, every supermarket stocks them. They are a pretty staple item.

Not sure of the Chinese name, but it will probably be ***Mian
