Hi friend,

Welcome to share a big apartment with me, a female PhD student from Australia doing fieldwork in Yunnan and my loving parents in their late fifties. A cozy and clean suite including a good sized bedroom, a study room and a big bright balcony in my big apartment is available from March 2008. The suite is equipped with a soft queen-sized bed, wardrobes, study desk and chair, bookcase, broadband internet… In the apartment, you can freely use the TV, fridge, microwave, washing machine, drinking water, all cooking utilities and 24 hours hot water. Minimum one month for monthly rate RMB1000 or 150 USD. Will require 1 months rent for deposit.

The apartment is in a quiet and safe living community, close to city center, 15 mins walk to the Dianchi Lake. Restaurants, hospital, shops and many bus lines make it a convenient place to live in.

By the way, we are a friendly, easy-going and well-educated Chinese family. My dad and I speak standard mandarin (my mum speaks Chinese dialect though). Dad speaks a little English. I can speak fluent English and some German.
