Does anyone here have experience dealing with Yunnan University's International Office (School of International Education or College of International Students)? I've been trying to get in touch with them about how to apply for a non-degree Chinese course for September but

[email protected] never responded to any of my emails (I've also tried other/older ones, like [email protected]). If I want to apply for a student visa before going to China I'll need an admission letter from the uni rather soon, so any help or tips on how to get in touch with them would be much appreciated!
