Has anyone been to this place recently? The reviews for it are like 6 years old. Is it still any good?

If a restaurant has been around for more than 6 years, I'd say they're doing something right.

It's still good. Quite good in fact. Extensive menu serving excellent Yunnan specialties in a cool setting. Prices have gone up a bit recently, but so have standards of service and presentation.

In the winter they have heat!

I'd go to Tusheng shiguan if you don't need to show off or a fancy setting atmosphere. Foods better and cheaper. Gares menu is impressive.

Thanks chaps. I went for lunch, it was decent, if not spectacular. Cost about 100 per person, including a whole fish.
