Does anyone know of a (female) hairdressers where there are people that speak English? Preferably in the Dianchi Lu, Nanya, Guangfu Lu area?

It may be a long shot, but I'm considering something drastic and I want it done right.

When my wife wants something drastic done, she waits until she visits HK, or Shanghai. In Shanghai she goes to a Japanese stylist. It costs over 1000, but it is done right.
BTW, if you are thinking of coloring, and you do not have Asian type hair, be aware that local color products may be highly unsuitable.
