@ Cromson, you have a point a few pages ago.
MBC are extremely dangerous, they fail all safety tests....
You might as well be sitting on the front bumper....
Worse than unsafe are the other drivers laughing at me...
...bhoooo hoooo..
I got much better, I got a Bejing Jeep!!...
(sticking out chest in proud motion)
I drive a tank because people in KM drive like shit.
I welded heavy steel all around the lower part of my Jeep, my bumpers are 1/8" plate steel.
The direction light units in the bumper cost 15rmb each...
I had an oncoming driver pull a U in front of me while he's on his mobile....i tried to avoid him but he drove right into my side, My jeep had missing putty and paint 10 cm x 20 cm, slight dent where it's not heavy steel but his newish corolla had the complete nose ripped right off..
Quickly I wanted 1000 rmb, we agreed on 500, he had 400 in his wallet .....i took it and left..5 mins MAX..
I own an BYD S6, decent quality and crash test results since they also export them to Europe and Russia. Safety concerns me a lot, i got family and know that no matter how careful you drive here... wrong place, wrong time and you get pinned down. So, better get pinned down with a bit of safety around you.
I don't give a rat's tail what others think, most of the time i drive my 电动车...lot's better than sitting comfy but in hardcore traffic.
For me a car is a useful tool, no need for a status symbol... as penis extension. :)
Why should i buy an 55万 Volkswagen, if i don't have the balls to drive it out of Kunming... because i'm in fear if something breaks down, there maybe is no repair shop having the right tools and spare-parts. True story...
The chinese MBC drivers are a crazy species, i sometimes find myself comparing them to the kamikaze fighters in WWII. But compared to them, i'm sitting in a B-17 on a high position knowing if something will happen now, they will be one with their car... mixed into car-parts.
