How about a review section for schools we've worked at?

Many of us here in Kunming have worked at a school at some time or another, right? I think it would be a good idea to leave our experiences for other teachers planning to take a job at these schools. It would be nice to have somewhere to go where we could check positive or negative things about the school we are considering working at.

What do you guys think?

I think its a great idea. Im currently looking for work teaching in Kunming and while sometimes there are obvious clues as to who are shabby employers, other times its not at all so clear. Any reviews of schools would be a great help!

I agree with both of you, just no input I could give at moment as just starting out but it's something I would very much appreciate to use as I will be looking into that area once few things sorted in the next few months!

There would have to be a way of avoiding fake reviews though.

There may not be a 'spam button' but I've found the 'Contact' button works quite well.

Having a 'spam button' is a basic website function. I can only guess that the owners don't know how put one on their website.

check the classifieds. some schools seem to be constantly putting up ads. that's usually not a good sign.

That's true. These schools make tons of money and never want to pay according to the cost of living. They seem to be stuck on that 100 yuan an hour for at least 5 years.
