One of the most traditional Spanish dishes. It combines eggs, potatoes, onions and different aromatic herbs. All in a golden and soft texture.
Tabernero Almeriense:
Explosive mixture of 5 vegetables and meat, all nicely spiced. Ingredients include tomato, onion, pepper, carrot, zucchini, pork seasoned with spices -- a spicy dish.
Revuelto de setas:
Mild and tasty. Mixture of mushrooms, onion, garlic, white wine, and more.... Cooked on low heat, it is the perfect accompaniment to the Spanish omelette.
