Georgia Freedman, author of Cooking South of the Clouds – Recipes and Stories from China's Yunnan Province, will speak and sign copies of her cookbook/travelogue.

She will discuss the basics of the foods in different parts of Yunnan, but also talk about how she conducted her research and the process of working as a food/travel writer.
