TenWest will organize Chinese cultural activities: how to make Ice cream Moon cake，on October 24th 2018 at 17:00. The location is at TenWest Language school. it is open for all Chinese language learners and free admission.
Moon cake is a famous dessert in China. We not only eat it during Middle-Autumn day, we also have it everyday. It is a very popular food in China. There are a lot of kinds moon cake in China, like pork, beef, ham, rose flower and nuts. In our activities, we will teach how to make a easy and healthy one- ice-cream moon cake.

We will prepare recipe and all the ingredients

Sticky rice flour 糯(nuò)米(mǐ)粉(fěn)

Wheat starch 小(xiǎo)麦(mài)淀(diàn)粉(fěn)
