Not bad at all. Good in fact. But they said it was spicy, and I did not find it spicy enough, but then again, I eat horrendously spicy food. But yeah, it was good.

There is usually a bowl of powdered fried red chilli and a pot of vinegar on the table. You can then add your own spice.

Just make sure the restaurant is busy (ie fast moving food). Otherwise the ingredients may have been sitting on the plate for hours beforehand. The "Brothers Jiang" place in XiaoXiMen has a free, fun, dance show at about noon and 6pm should you want entertainment while you dunk and slurp.

Ocean yes it was busy and fast. It seems to be a local hangout for people in my neighborhood.
