One of my roommates decided to pack his things and leave for Lijiang and I'm looking to find someone new to take his place as soon as possible. Its a nice three bed two bath apartment in a quite xiao qu on jiao chang zhong lu 教场中路. The apartment includes a full kitchen, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV and couch; wifi internet, electric and solar powered water.     I'm Levi living in Hongshan Donglu 26, in the yun'an shangpin botanical complex, about 10 mins of walk from Yunnan and Yunnan Normal Universities.

    The room in question is about 6 sq metres, there is a bed, a funny little wardrobe and you could fit in a tiny table with a chair. Next to the kitchen, the room gets a bit of noise sometimes. Northly orientation.

    The flat itself extends on 200 sq metres of surface over 3 floors, a bunch of terrasses, lots of sunshine both from the windows and my sweet flatmates' faces. We are 5 to live in here, all europeans. The neighbourhood is green, taichi-friendly, calm, with a nice view over the city, market just downstairs.

    My scheduled depature to the Old Continent is on June 12th, so the lease would ideally start that day or a couple of days before that. If need be, I could eventually arrange for an early june move-in.

    !!! upon moving in, you have to pay me the entire rent until the end of august (since I paid it to my landlord already), which would be around 1500 kuai!!!

    Note that electricity/internet/water is over 200 kuai a month.

    The apartment is conveniently located in Shi Ji Jun Yuan 世纪俊园, Beijing Road near the North Railway Station. Only 15 minutes to the center of town and 15 minutes to Wenlin Jie. 5 minutes walk to Carrefour.

    The apartment complex is open 24 hours with a keycard so no hassles with getting in late at night, friendly security guards on the door and it has an elevator. Bicycle parking in the basement. There is also a ping pong room and a beautiful outdoor garden in the facilities.

    All kitchen facilities (microwave, fridge, small oven etc).
    Comfortable, fully furnished living room. Amazing views with two balconies. Wifi internet, 24 hour hot water, western toilet and washing machine.

    The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, book-shelf, desk and chair.

    The apartment/room has everything you need. The building is only three years old, so everything is in perfect condition, modern, and clean. Its also very quiet.

    The price is 1150 yuan per month not including bills.
    Bills are not that much when split between two.

    In the beautiful Yun'an Shang Pin and directly above Slice of Heaven. Possibly the nicest apartment you've seen in Kunming. Two really big north-west facing rooms, one with own western-style bathroom. Both rooms are big enough for couples to share. The rest of the house is clean, bright, mostly furnished with a big, kitchen equipped with utensils, oven, refrigerator and good washing machine. The landlady especially wanted western tenants and dropped her price in order to have them.     The room is in a brand new two level flat, and the second level, with great rooftop, barbecue, etc, will be all yours. The room is huge, with plenty of deskspace and storage for clothes/books, etc. The room also comes with a decent mattress.

    The flat is in the Zhicheng Jiayuan 志诚家园 xiaoqu on Dian Mian Da Dao/Kun Rui Lu. It's very close to think UK, Wenlin Jie, universities etc(15 min, walking).
