We live in Think UK, a comfortable, convenient complex near pretty much everything in downtown Kunming, and is near the Xi zhan bus stop. Our apartment has a huge kitchen, two very well-appointed living rooms/patios, dining room, two baths and 2 awesome roommates. There are 2 rooms available, a smaller one and a medium one (this includes a big desk). Rent is 1000 RMB/month for the small room, or 1125 RMB/month for the medium one, (a steal! includes wireless, TV, fees etc—) plus utilities, usually 100 rmb/month. The real appeal of the place is the ambiance and comfort, it's an oasis of calm in an otherwise bustling Kunming.     The apartment is located in a middle-class district. It has 128 square meters with two balconies in the forth floor, including two bedrooms, a living room, two westen toilets, a reading room (it could be a bed room. a sigle bed in it), and a kitchen. It's good for single or couples,even you have children.
