you need esl cert for forightn exspert certif to teach english. that is the law.in most cases any old cert efl cert will do. fes needed to teach in uni and state run edu. if job does not need a fes then not need tesol cert. white and brethin are main consideration. this includes most os programs that are only attached to gov schools. as someone else said you dont need efl cert to teach math hist biol etc etc.

sq in is always 1"x1". a 16 inch sqaure is 16x16=256 sq in. read the wikilink more carefully if you are still unsure. btw thought i would mention something else as it has been said wrong twice now- microwaves cook from the outside in, it sometimes seems the other way due to a pie filling havin more water in it that the crust. google it and you will see this is so.

Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.

When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.

It is more about dumb greed of owners. If their neighbour gets 30k they want at least that, and will let property sit empty for years in the vain hope of getting the higher rent.
