loads of this stuff as govt statistics on websites. maybe not reliable but more reliabe than anecdotes from people who are from outside og the culture. loads of research already done by us and eu researchers. at least one person done PHD on this stuff. all should be searchable on academic libraries.

if we all agreed on everything we would not be human. if we all agreed on one thing, that would be rare indeed. viva la difference. i disagree with most people on here about something and agree with most of the poeople on here about something. c'est la vie. i dont disagree with anyone on here about everything.

I have seen areas of Shanghai bankrupt their own local market and collapse, due to unsustainable rents.

It is more about dumb greed of owners. If their neighbour gets 30k they want at least that, and will let property sit empty for years in the vain hope of getting the higher rent.

Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.

It might be worth identifying which Prague venue you are reviewing.

When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.
