most of these international progs are not snake oil, often well funded and supported/approved by top universities overseas. 3 years of proper curriculum. it is the 1 year transfer progs that can be a bit dodgy. lots in kunming, maybe 20 or more, most run as little chinese owned and run consultancies. that offer academic english and college application service. for students who have done and even failed gaokao .i worked in one of these places to. this is very different from the proper international progs and shouldnt be confused
i worked in one of these places and most of the kids, not all, were those who were failing in the chinese ed system. some not up to it, some too lazy, some maladjusted. a small number of good students who did very well and got prepared for western ed. the latter group would do well in any walk of life anywhere. most fo the parents were buying the kids a way out from failure. some these kids then went to america and failed first year then when to some little college and came back with a useless bit of paper, but with bragging right. these are kids who could only aspire to mediocrity in any walk of life, destined to become financially dependent on daddy
20% probly in the small print which most people dont read. insurance in china is not the same as other countries. possibly pretty low cover, if you kill someone they might only pay thr first 100k then you pays. cheep gps tracker easy to overcome especially if car is not reported for 24hrs. remote shutdown, yeh maybe as an extra when you buy high end motor. zuche usually base models of cheap brands. probly dont even have gps nav let alone gps tracker
Mmm complex carbs and native asian foods yams? brown rice? pulses? vegetables? multitude of wild grains? vegetables? add modern corn? whole wheat? barley? oats? not much to choose from then.
another factor in the article "As recently as 1981, diabetes was barely a concern in China, reportedly affecting less than one percent of the population." this reported growth could be down to more frequent/better diagnosis.
there is a link between smoking and diabetes but i don't think it is the sugar. there is sugar in my wooden chair but i won't be eating it as i don't come from guandong. but BASF is researching this.
Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.
It might be worth identifying which Prague venue you are reviewing.
When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.
