and if you are qualified but at some stage have worked on the wrong visa, some people have. like working on a married visa, working on a business visa coz that is what employer got you,and you didnt know better. working part time while studying, not knowing better. etc. etc. or because you think you were paying tax but employer was abusing system. above still applies, don't put it on visa apps.
