trains and buses here are so cheap by comparison with uk and i think already subsidized. get a bus transport card (top up with cash), this gives discount to normal fare of 2 kuai. i think if you change bus within 30 mins you dont pay for the second but either if you use the card. when you compare the bullet trains with eurostar, over comparable distance they are a fraction of the price. take the normal trains and it is a cheap as chips.

see if you can send it by sea, it will take a month or so but if you are in no hurry. not sure how to go about that sorry. try chinapost as a start. maybe try logistics companiies, lots of these in kunming

it is nepotism and cronyism. it is the cronies atacking the outsider. happened before. can lead to impass for needed change if enough inertia in the system. they need to bring in outsiders for other key posts if they want to break through the accumulated dirt

Swedish design ideas, kunming build quality. i have bought lots of ikea stuff in the past, the furniture at #11 are poor facsimiles of genuine item. Yes stuff is affordable, but poorly made and overpriced in my opinion. we took a good look around and looked closely at build quality and walked away.

It might be worth identifying which Prague venue you are reviewing.

When I first arrived in Kunming I did a tour of Wenlin Jie. I did't like the look of Prague.
More recently I have used Prague in Beichen a lot and I like it.
