I just entered 印刷服务 (printing service) into Taobao and got a lot of hits. Many do glossy booklets/company catalogs. The covers of which are similar to postcard material. They probably do many grades of card. It is worth a punt.

Look for any printer shop. they have a wide range of services up to A0 photocopying/plan copying (B&W) I have had A3 color printing but I am sure then go much larger posters. Most do business cards, and the main difference with what you want, would be if you want photo quality paper. I would not be surprised if many of these shops do.
If you are new to China, these shops are easily spotted as they usually have an A4 piece of paper the word 'CAD' in the window, or stuck on the door. Some of these places are not much more than a hole in wall, but they know their stuff. Try a couple of these places first and you should have the answer as to whether or not they can do it.
A good place to live is in the tower blocks that are opposite the main gate of Yunnan Normal Uni. It is the most convenient for everyday living, shops, restaurants, etc. The only downside is that it is not close to the metro (1km), but then most place aren't close to the metro. If you live further out you need to budget for transport costs.
There are also places to rent up near the Howard Johnson hotel. This is close the metro, but not much else. The places near there in the north of Chenggong are mostly low rise, and more for families, and so the decoration will probably be better, but you will still find bad at the low end.
Decent looking has a lot to do with the budget the owner spent on decoration. The cheapest places were decorated minimally and are usually rented to groups of students. The place I rented, the landlord would not rent to students.
The time to look is now. This month is when people start looking for student accommodation (high school and uni) for next year, and the good places go fast.
If you are coming from BJ, be prepared for an unwelcome surprise. Most landlords want 6 months or even a years rent up front. This seems to be peculiar to Kunming and can be a bit of a shock to the wallet.
Realtors will be the ones local to where you want to live, and every realtor will probably have every property for rent in their area. If you get a contract with the real estate agent, it will be a standard contract drawn up by local government to ensure that you are protected.
Is it dusty where you live ? Symptoms mentioned also fit those for dust/dust mite allergies. Which could be an additional problem.

Great to know it is no longer dry.
Good review BTW
This has moved.
The cut flowers are about 700m east on Duonan Jie. The plants and trees are about 700 m west and follow Duocai Section.
A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.
Echo everything said by others.
Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.
In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.
They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.
They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.

发布者Off topic, but related to theme songs. When we watched terrestrial TV we listened to the whole theme, even if only in the background while we quickly made a cup of tea or finished off some other chore. With streaming, or watching box sets, we quickly FF over the theme song and titles. We are missing a lot of great music.
Everything else said by the last two posters can be captured within the idea that we no longer live in a society, we live in a market.
