There is a German branded apple vinegar usually on sale in Metro.
The Carrefour in NanYa has several vareities of cider and wine vinegars, it is possible that other Carrefours also have cider vinegar in the import section.

I used to suffer from 'weather heads', but as i got older this eased off. Actually, I am not affected noticeably in Kunming, maybe something to do with altitude.

I was also prone to chronic rhinitis which may have been a contributor. Again since coming to Kunming this has eased off.
At certain times of year hay fever was also a contributor, for me.

I did have one other thought. As you live in the North, it may be worth keeping a log of the symptoms/problem, and checking the AQI online and recording that too. With the tendency for the polluted air to get trapped by the hills in the North, by 11.30 your sinuses could have taken quite a hammering. This could be mimicking your regular symptoms.

Off topic, but related to theme songs. When we watched terrestrial TV we listened to the whole theme, even if only in the background while we quickly made a cup of tea or finished off some other chore. With streaming, or watching box sets, we quickly FF over the theme song and titles. We are missing a lot of great music.
Everything else said by the last two posters can be captured within the idea that we no longer live in a society, we live in a market.

This has moved.
The cut flowers are about 700m east on Duonan Jie. The plants and trees are about 700 m west and follow Duocai Section.

A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.

Echo everything said by others.
Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.

In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.

They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.

They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.
