A teacher with lots of experience can ask 150, especially if you have grey hair.
The op doesn't posses a lot of experience and is not an oldie. That is why I suggested 100 if they come to you. If they want you to go to them, charge more.

You could try to buy film and paper online. TaoBao.com, you may need a Chinese speaker to help you.
To be honest I am surprised you even managed to find B&W film.
You could try the arts centre on Renmin Lu, somebody there might know of local artists who use B&W, or photo clubs. If you can contact them it may help.
There may even be a photography club or course at one of the universities. This at least would put you in touch with a local network of photographers.
The only other thing I could suggest about film is to ship it from home.
What do you mean when you say and Inn? Do you mean a small private hotel/hostel?
If so I expect the following at least:
Clean rooms and bed linen.
Kettle in the room to boil water.
Complimentary bottled water.
Clean toilet no smells.
Hot water early in the morning until late at night.
Fresh towels (washed with soap powder, not just rinsed in water)
Breakfast should offer western style. Bread, bacon, egg, fruit at a minimum. You can also offer noodles, Chinese style.
Real coffee is a bonus, or black instant coffee and fresh milk and sugar. BUT NOT the 3-in-1 crap instant coffee.
Helpful staff who speak English. No fresh faced English majors studying for a masters in mobile phone and texting.
Secure rooms.
Hotel doors open (or someone to open the door) until at least 1.30 am. I have been locked out before and had to sleep on a bench in Dali.
If you are aiming to get backpackers and travelers, being able to use a clothes washing machine is essential. You allow us to use the machine and we will wash our own clothes. A small extra fee is acceptable, maybe 10rmb.
With your level of experience, you should be asking for 100 rmb/hr, if they come to you, and if they are middle class.
If you are living in a working class district you should charge less but aim to have multiple students.
Test prep is usually the same fees as English class.
Don't aim to travel far, there is no extra money for it, unless you can negotiate extra for transport (then take your ebike and hide it round the corner). Hazard pay! What have you been smoking?
I think, but stand to be corrected.
You need to be married to a Chinese national and resident in China for 5 years. I think being resident requires you to be in country for 9 month of the year minimum. Otherwise it is pro-rata, and so if you are in the country for only 3 months (one quarter) a year you will need to be in China for 4 x 5 years to qualify (20 years).
China is not really spouse friendly. All you can expect is a family 'L' visa, same class as a tourist. Unless you want to come here and work.
That is my understanding.

Great to know it is no longer dry.
Good review BTW
This has moved.
The cut flowers are about 700m east on Duonan Jie. The plants and trees are about 700 m west and follow Duocai Section.
A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.
Echo everything said by others.
Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.
In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.
They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.
They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.

发布者Off topic, but related to theme songs. When we watched terrestrial TV we listened to the whole theme, even if only in the background while we quickly made a cup of tea or finished off some other chore. With streaming, or watching box sets, we quickly FF over the theme song and titles. We are missing a lot of great music.
Everything else said by the last two posters can be captured within the idea that we no longer live in a society, we live in a market.
