Cheap ebike should get you 30km. However, if 2nd hand you may need to buy new batteries.
How far are you thinking of commuting?

You will be looking for a second hand ebike then.
Make sure it is registered, and has all the paperwork.
Lots of bike shops on the Inner Ring Road South and West sections. Near where they cross DianChi Road
You could try adjusting the water content +/- 1 or 2 tbsp is probably about the limit.
Regards the 'improver', I have stopped using this as I think it contains soda, which makes the bread dry. But by using lemon juice the acidity acts as a kicker for the yeast.
My modified French Bread recipe is only for a 1lb loaf, not 1.5lb. But you could scale up.
3/4 cup of water.
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 and 1/4 cups of flour
1 and 3/4 tsp Angel yeast
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil (I use EV olive oil or flaxseed oil)
This give me a nice crust, but not a baguette crust.
I think there is a trick for a super crust is oven baking, put a tray of water in the bottom of the oven. But you could check for baguette recipes online.
Just to clarify. My concern about quality would be related to fresh yeast. I have no worries concerning the dried yeast.
Not seen, but to be honest I would not be confident about quality or safety even if I did find it.
I did find this though, on how to make your own.www.wikihow.com/Make-Yeast
but you need to find malt extract. Possible here I am sure. Perhaps Taobao. I have seen malt in China.
No results found.
Great to know it is no longer dry.
Good review BTW
This has moved.
The cut flowers are about 700m east on Duonan Jie. The plants and trees are about 700 m west and follow Duocai Section.
A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.
Echo everything said by others.
Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.
In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.
They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.
They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.

Developing a sustainable birdwatching industry in western Yunnan
发布者It is not so much the extra pressure on the environment that global tourism will cause, it is the effects that would occur if birdwatching becomes a more national phenomenon. I have seen the disruption caused by twitchers in the UK. If we multiply the potential for problems by the numbers factor (just look at any tourist site in Yunnan), this does require a lot of serious thought. The thought of a 'Birdline' China is a bit scary.

Weekend in Dali: A Chinese perspective
发布者The guest houses lakeside may well have been permanently hit, but how long ago was that? 1 or 2 years now? A year is a long time in Chinese business development.
The guesthouse trade will migrate a few hundred meters, creating new opportunities, if it has not already done so. I think the recovery has already taken a strong hold. Judging by the level of business I saw last week, and speaking to one local business owner.
