I would be inclined to paint over it to seal it in.
If you tell the owner, the worst case would be that they send in some decorator who rips everything out and spreads the dust everywhere.

Even if not asbestos, it could still be hazardous. They make drywall from industrial ash en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_drywall . No telling what is in the walls of a cheap apartment. Your problem could be caused by something similar.

Probably no more/less harmful than eating out or consuming dairy products. Welcome to the big C.

I want to buy a set of roof bars for my car.

The usual car places sell valeting stuff, and fluffy dice, but not bigger stuff like roof bars and roof boxes.
I prefer not to buy GM aftermarket as they will be more expensive than needed.
I don't want to buy on Taobao, as I want to check the quality of the fittings before I buy.

Where can I buy auto accessories in Kunming?

I would give time to schools in rural areas where there is real NEED. I don't think this is the case in question. I sense a chancer, or carpetbagger.

I object to being asked to do freebies for commercial organisations. Universities across the world are money making machines. Vocational schools are the same, but private sector organisations.

Sounds like a great trip, and some very sound advice. For anyone who has not climbed or hiked at altitude before, you need to be fit to cope with heights over 4500m, and the air seems to thin exponentially above that.

Scientists probably have different ideas about how the virus may have been transmitted and transferred between species. Some may be fairly certain., but the cannot say with absolute certainty, and so they say that they do not know.

Why do they say this? Because even if they are '99 percent certain'some idiots will shout "FAKE NEWS, FAKE NEWS'.

I live near Haigeng Park. I love the way that there is a new section of Hubin Lu that is not safe for pedestrians, and another part that is not safe for cyclists. They have now banned cycles from a section of, what was, cycle path along the side of DianChi lake.
Another example of lack of continuity. There is a huge spend to upgrade Cuihu (Green Lake) area. It would be nice if they finish the long overdue subway first. Hopefull Cuihu will be finished before we have another change of Mayor, who will focus on HIS projects as the priority.

This has moved.
The cut flowers are about 700m east on Duonan Jie. The plants and trees are about 700 m west and follow Duocai Section.



A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.



Echo everything said by others.
Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.



In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.

They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.

They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.
