Forums > Living in Kunming > How to attract employees?!? It may not fit your consciousness, but lot's of older women in China perform some back breaking construction work. Or invest in lots of step ladders and dollies or even maybe some roller belts to ease any physical strain. A more minor thing would be to add radio or TV to the background if all you hear is the sound of the tape gun all day.
Forums > Living in Kunming > Blocks on Wikipedia - a good thing? I think his ridiculous rant came off that ridiculous website you cite so often. Anyways, Heller, conspiracy believers have been proven to react similar to cultists. They more you try to point out the flaws, the deeper and more ingrained there belief gets. The 'attacks' confirm their worldview and like cultists or Tea Party members their reality would collapse if doubt ever entered.

Did you ever join Greenpeace or Amnesty? I had a roommate that had your kind of package problems, and she swore that's why. Also, anything that got thru either way had been opened and examined.
Forums > Food & Drink > Where to buy sweet potatoes I used to think that too about Walmart and C4. They do have beautiful piles of fresh clean not disformed vegetables for sale, but only really freaking early in the morning, because a swarm of old people tear thru and leave only rejects for everyone else by 9am.
However, sweet potatoes they do not seem to have. Many wet markets don't seem to carry them either. I think Yunnan people use pumpkin a lot when they need an orange vegetable. Every now and then one of the vendors outside the markets that sells off the ground might have a bunch or basket of sweet potatoes.
Forums > Living in Kunming > How to attract employees?!? Yes, you need to increase the base since there is no room and board. That alone is unlikely to solve your turnover. It's just a fact of life for almost every employer in China. The workers here are always looking for something better, and yes even if it means jumping from a 'nice boss' to a potentially unscrupulous one. Also, warehouse work is not glamorous for women in their 20s, even if the warehouse is an apartment. Hire older or invent some employee activities like hair or nail salon day. Other issues will be out of your control, like new employees will need to bond/get along with the team leader as she seems pivotal. Finally, I assume there is no heavy lifting anywhere; if there is eliminate it or hire a strong back just for that. There are worse problems to have than just generic turnover, like someone trying to poach your team leader or her starting her own business.
Sichuan water release devastates parts of northwest Yunnan
发布者I rode across that bridge. It's going to be a pain to rebuild since it's isolated from any other infrastructure. Also, pretty sure there isn't a detour besides backtracking many hours.
