The sure way an individual or group can prove to the police is to record him in the act(video if possible), otherwise its useless to call police. But if you do have a video a swift grab and twist and he'll be waiting for the police while kissing the spit off the bus floor..

Wallmart and Carefour ?? I never go there anymore.
Expensive without conveniance..
Fresh bacteria fish/meat section.
Checkout lineups are unreasonable, they pay the checkout workers pennies and they always have half the cashregisters closed.....

I've seen other employees pick their nose while lineups of que cutting inbreads pile up at the checkouts.

Pedestrians, totaly oblivious....they need a good education streak....

One sure way to get a message across in China is to make them pay if they dont obey; it works in the western countries..

Good move on the decision but too late. It will take decades to bring back the reputation unless the locals are truly innovative. Some of these rules are quite vague which encourages the usual officials to sell permits for favors Too late....

I'd like to single out the 7 or so families which control the tour boats in Dali's Er Hai lake.

They use an environmental protection law to erase all competition on the lake while they own large diesel powered tour boats on the same lake.

The same situation in Fu Xian lake.

Corruption breeds incompetence. Content with status quo, without competition and diversity any industry falls behind. Meanwhile, inside the corrupt bubble all is fine....

Went the other night, it was very late therefore I cant coment on the food but it did smell very good..
Cozy atmosphere and very friendly host.
Will return again now that it's found!
