The law requires "the acused" to prove it's legit money, not the courts to prove your money is illegal.
So why do we allow these chinese immigrants to enter without this requirement?

The law applies to small time crime as well.
So why would an immigrant have this loophole??

In Canada and the USA we have a law which is called proceeds of crime.
It's based on the fact that if you cant proove your fortune was gained by legal means you get it confiscated and taxed....

Does this law apply to Chinese whom emigrate to Canada and the USA when they "invest" to qualify for permanent resedency??

Shouldnt they have to prove the legimancy of their fortunes?

If not, doesnt it make Canada and the USA money launderers??

The dali situation is killing the economy, presently Dali is a ghost town.

The businesses affected will retaliate..

@ Tiger Tiger....even in the little shit town of LTX the local officials have been out enforcing various laws, discarded motor oil, piles of oil filters, illegal tin roofs...ect..

!0 years ago this plan was set forth with millions from beijing. meanwhile Dali gov spent all the money and did nothing other than sell more building permits regardless of the plans which were supposed to be developed.
Last year Beijing verified the water quality and the shit hit the fan...What did you do with the money??? and why hasnt any infrastructure been built?? so now, a la chinese dali gov is playing catch up on the expense of the public...

On the other hand, Fu Xian Lake officials were never given full control so Beijing always monitered progress over the years resulting in better infrastructure and somewhat control of overbuilding.

I'm laughing at the dali mess ...Haaa

Went the other night, it was very late therefore I cant coment on the food but it did smell very good..
Cozy atmosphere and very friendly host.
