Hand stretched Italian pasta?

I've been saying this for years, any of these Muslim restaurant chefs could have a simple authentic pasta restaurant. Green,White& red sign and decore, a few spices, cheese and bread and charge triple.

As for the items never being "on sale" Tiger Tiger has the proper concept, the brand doesn't want to be associated with discounts, it respects it's few "high end" customers.
Expanding this concept to the shopping mall level I suspect the shopping mall owns certain individual retail stores, therefore a specific "crown jewel" or "high end" retail store could afford to loose money. It's a small loss for the shopping mall owners to have this prestige store in it's hallway, embellishing it's status.

I hope you're right but....

I dont think the subway will create any incentive for car owners to park their wheels and not flaunt their dream machine in the streets of Kunming.
Owning a car is not only a convinience it's a status..

No car day in Kunming is equal to saying "no status for the rich day"

Went the other night, it was very late therefore I cant coment on the food but it did smell very good..
Cozy atmosphere and very friendly host.
Will return again now that it's found!


