Hi Alex..

Xi Shan has a few big birds soaring, saw them regularly last year and this year.

Last friday I saw a huge eagle?? bird of prey

We are going to Xi Shan this tuesday and wensday, there should be room for you..

I havent seen any at Fu Xian Hu nor Dali..creepy quiet in the sky considering the lakes are full of fish..

I try to find info from older locals if they used to see birds of prey but my language isnt that good.

Other places I've flown the vulchures, eagles, hawks ect just come over and play...here is a few pics I've had a chance to get as they flew with me for some time.

Nepal is just loaded, it's not uncomon to go up in a thermal with 2 to 6 birds, we often use them as visual markers for the thermals.

The curent world order of business is about to change.
Some are going to profit and many will loose.

It has been discussed within the financial circles since the late 90's and strongly since 2008 although now the US National debt is mainstream news...

Once the US dollar looses it's position as the world base currency things will dramaticly change..how?? Hell if I know.. but I know opertunities will arise..

I've got a winner product, presently internationaly distributed, German made with exclusive distribution in China; I know the owner personaly, no worries of being undercut.

The chalenge I find is to develope a distribution network, I know the plan to set it up but difficult to go further.

Yeah we still have em....later in May/June as the humidity increases.

Cumulus Cloud formations will still occur although with added polution.....

The convection(created by the sun on earth's surface) that creates these clouds are invisible, if the humidity is low( dry air) the cloud won't form but the convection is still there pumping polluted air high in the sky, then it drifts away with the prevailing winds, hence the reason Kunming's air is cleaner late in the day..

If you observe Kunming's air quality in the morning, its the pollution accumulated over the past 8 to 10 hours.It's worse when the prevailing winds are calm and the atmosphere is stable.

Where are the testing samples taken?? south of the city would be cleaner than center and north east

Late afternoon air quality is better because of convection between surface air and higher elevation air, polluted hot air on the surface rises to 1500 meters from ground then winds blow it eastwards.

Went the other night, it was very late therefore I cant coment on the food but it did smell very good..
Cozy atmosphere and very friendly host.
Will return again now that it's found!


