I read some witness statements that overheard the filial and dutiful son say - I hope the laowai kills my father so I can get the house and car.

The man who was beaten was over 50 years old putting his son at least 30 years old. The real question to ask is where was the 30 year old son as his father was getting a beatdown like you see at a UFC cage match.

The laowai stated at his deportation hearing - I read that if a pedestrian beats up a driver he must make sure the driver is dead because compensation is more for the injured. This is why after I beat him with broomstick I came back for more because I thought he was a garbage bag stuck on my foot.

Besides, the son in the car was the one cheering the loudest - Jia Yo!

Visited the Horseshoe Temple - Ma Ti Si in Sunan County, just at the border of Minle County.

This place is very nice and puts the Mogao Grottoes to shame.

Tickets are just 36 RMB. You can buy all the tickets together for 74 RMB but they are not required. The basic 36 RMB tickets get you inside and you can walk and see all you like on your own. If you want to climb up and inside one of the temples than you can pay an additional 35 and 5 yuan for another temple but they are not required.

There are many grottoes and they are NOT closed with doors and locks like Mogao.

You purchase the tickets at the visitors Center which is 3 km from the main temple. However, the 1000 Buddha Temple is just 300 meters from the Main Gate. Cars and taxis are permitted inside the park and there is some walking required.

Must See! I recommend this grottoe over Mogao any day of the week. You can stay as long as you want and walk freely for only 36 RMB as opposed to Mogao which costs 200 RMB and you can not see anything.

It was a beautiful warm and sunny day with clear blue skies. The snowfall yesterday really made the mountains stand out and made for some fantastic pictures.

Ma Ti Temple - Must See! Put it at the top of your list when you visit Sunan County in Zhangye, Gansu.

If ofo can throw away thousands of bikes and leave them destroyed on many city streets across China, then it must be getting (Stealing) money from somewhere.

It is impossible to run an UNsustainable business model such as this across so many cities.

Even the manufacturer of the ofo bikes should be happy to get those bikes back and repair them and then sell them back to ofo.

These bikes are littering the city streets and the city should FINE ofo for littering.

The new Visa office is located at 118 Tuo Dong Road. There is no number on the building yet so do not bother to look for it. There are 2 passport photo shops on either side of the building. The office is located directly in front of the Kunming Museum. The bus stop is named - Shi Bo Wu Guan - Bus 1, 62, 109, 117, 145, 213, A1 and K3 stop directly in front of the office. Foreigners need to go to the 3rd floor. The Tuo Dong Stadium is located to the right of the office while Baita Road is located to the left of the office.
