I understand that most chinese are ignorant and uneducated, especially here in Yunnan. Money does not make people smarter. Driving a BMW or a Ferrari in 2nd gear does not teach proper hygiene. A new generation with money and no education creates a second generation of ignorant kids. When I was young I behaved in the same way because I did not know any better. It was not until someone took the time to teach me that I began to change.
A teacher (External) is not the only requirement for learning. The most important part is the desire (Internal) of each individual to want to learn and change.
