Does anyone know a good place to have dinner where they have a free all-you-can-eat buffet?
How much does it cost, and are drinks included?

I'm on the Warrior diet which is basically 18 hours fasting (to trigger hormones and fat burning) and 6 hours eating anything you can stuff yourself with (I'm a bodybuilder).

So I'm looking for a good buffet in where I can stomach my daily 6.000 kcal's.

@AlPage48: You are correct, another good choice is Guangzhou airport which has no quarantine.
Is this still valid for the new international airport in Kunming? May I ask you when did you fly? Hopefully it is still like that.

Chinese parents of girls love the idea.
#1: It's american and they love american concepts.
2# Chastity increases the girls chances of engaging men into marriage (old trick) and therefore partaking from men's assets permanently (even in the case of divorce).

It's a win-win situation nowadays. Girl marries virgin, has babies, gets divorced, get alimony, enjoys single-mom cougar life.

Call before you go, I went there on thursday and there was no one in there,

I called one of the owners, and they said that they weren't going to open.

I lost my trip, I love the concept of the restaurant, No MSG and etc, but ended up having to pay for a cab ride and getting a growling stomach.

If the same thing happens to you, just go down the road until the road ends and the last 2 story restaurant across the street is very also decent. Order the sweet and sour fish and it also won't have any MSG.



No Bus to Chenggong from the airport, had to go downtown and get a 150 RMB taxi.

I mean isn't this a district of Kunming? Then why not make transportation available?
