It seems that local governments are wanting to make it easier for people to buy houses. Restrictions will be lifted while the huge inventory of housing remains.

Making a report to the hotline for safety issues etc is important and should be commended. I called once about trees that needed trimming, not only did they do the work quickly but they also called to make sure I was satisfied that the work had been done and in a good way.
