This is the first Western place I have visited in Kunming. I enjoyed it. The food was not bad at all, but the burrito was very bland, so I had to add salt and pepper. The happy hour special is pretty good. But I really liked the outdoor bar, and I met some cool people there. I like the atmosphere and that people seem to have it as a regular hangout. The servers were smiling and friendly. My only real complaint is that the food needs more flavor.

Great place to have good food, good drinks, and good conversation with expats and Chinese alike.

A solid place. Great food. Extensive menu. I heard it's been around for a while, interesting to see how it grows with Kunming's fast development with the rest of wenlinjie changing quite fast.

Salvador's definitely earns its reputation in Kunming: great food and service all for decent prices. My favorite is their bottomless cup of coffee available each morning.

Excellent restaurant. The staff can sometimes be a little bit "away" and don't always listen. But in my experience that is not very unusual in China. The food and atmosphere is great. The pasta, sallad and nachos is excellent. I havn't tried the burger yet but I heard that it's as good as it's get in Kunming!
