That last one (Failure to properly display license number plates) has me confused. When you buy a new car you can drive it for 30 days without even registering. Surely that is in contravention of the 12 point rule!
If these 12 point rules were actually enforced, the majority of Kunming drivers would lose their license in just 1 day!
I notice they call a level of 151 "Lightly Polluted". In Toronto they call a level of 35 serious!
I see Chengdu is much improved since I was there two weeks ago. It's only BAD today!
One of the big issues in Kunming is the landlords of rental property. If your business does well they somehow think they are entitled to the major potion of your profits. Too many places have gone out of business because the landlord jacks up the rent, or even charges too much to begin with.

Had my first ever visit to Slice of Heaven last night for a group party. Barbara recognized me as a newcomer and immediately came to welcome me and introduce herself.
While speaking with her at the counter, a server walked past with a pizza for one table. The aroma immediately caught my attention. It was awesome.
Our group shared 4 different pizzas. All were amazing. I think the sauce really makes the difference since it was very flavourful. I also put back to cups of cappuccino. I guess they must have fixed problems noted in other reviews because I found it to be quite good.
If I lived closer I would be a regular here.
