If it's "just" 10 percent of the population (your neigbourhood) which bothers you, why open threads complaining about the bigger picture?

In my hood they do clean after burning, so maybe the residents (like most of the chinese i know) have some sense for a clean enviroment and no need for a western "security guard" teaching them what's right or wrong.

Wouldn't it be easier for you, just staying at home and reign your tiny, dustfree and wisdom-filled HF-kingdom?
