I'm new to Kunming. Anyone know a good pub/bar to watch the premier league matches this weekend (assuming they go ahead, what with the riots and all). I'm specifically interested in Arsenal vs Newcastle.
Cheers
Hi there
I'm not a massive gamer but one of the things I love about Kunming is the copied (or, ahem, 'backup') PS2 games which are allowing me to get the most out of my PS2 without shelling out for a PS3 - which I can't afford. Despite a pretty damn good selection for an almost defunct platform there are a couple of games that I can't find. Does anyone know an easy to use (I'm a simpleton when it comes to downloading and ordering online) and cheap site where one can either order or download PS2 copied titles?
Cheers
I think messi beaucoup provides the fairest analysis here. Madrid's tactics were boring and I don't know that they would have won ore even drawn with ten men but Barca's diving was disgusting. Even if there is contact, clutching your (untouched) face and writhing on the ground like Pedro and Busquets is shameful. For what its worth, although Alves made the most of it I thought Pepes was a valid red as well.
I'm a fan of neither Barca nor Man U but after that performance I hope that Man U win the final (assuming that Schalke and Real are finished).
Messi's second goal was something special though and the first wasn't bad either. He's only 23 for Christs sake!

Thank you very both very much for your replies. You're right, I'm getting in very early - I'm not even in Kunming yet! I guess I was wondering whether rugby had been shown in the past or if a bar had shown the six nations, say in the past. Thanks again for the detailed answers - sounds promising - I'd hate to miss seeing the All Blacks regain the World Cup on home soil

The Flying Tigers are kicking off a new season this Saturday (September 14) with a social game of touch rugby.
Everybody is welcome and no experience is necessary.
The club will provide beer at the match. There will be an after-party at O'Reilly's Irish pub after the game.
Contact the club at kunming.rugby@gmail.com for more information.
Fantastic place. Live sports as per promised with football, rugby, basketball, golf and so on.
For the food, I've only had the cheeseburger so far and it was pretty damn good. Better yet it came with proper hot chips and not crisps.
Friendly, knowledgable staff as well.
Come out for the Flying Tigers' fifth annual Kunming rugby tournament November 24!

Film Review: The Fall of Womenland
Posted byI hadn't looked at the photos before I posted them. Having done so they're nothing special. I was at Lugu Lu recently and it really is beautiful - I just hope it lasts. It's got a way to go but the warning signs of a mass tourism ala Lijiang are all in place
