Just a suggestion, and I am not being facetious here, but this looks like one of those times when the street committee could actually do something useful.
It is after all a street/neighbourhood concern.
There should be a street committee office in each neighbourhood, or even each development. They are usually apathetic until pushed to do something. Even though they may be a laughing stock, these little 'busy-bodies' can achieve things where sometimes others fail. Perhaps you should start priming a few Chinese neighbours to go and visit them. Perhaps telling the street cttee that if they are powerless to help then unfortunately the next step is the Mayor's hotline, or the local paper (face can be a wonderful motivator if used well).

Before the food scares, I used to buy this deep fried shredded potato (rosti like) cake, sprinkled with powdered chilli.

Cao tofu (roast tofu) is reasonably safe.

Bar of Dove Chocolate, fruit and nut, or almond and coffee bean. Seriously, you can't get sick. Also, it is cheap.

It does sound like the problem is in your building, or development.

What time of day does the water 'run out'. Is it peak demand times?
Is your water from a tank at the top of the building or water tower?

@Yereth, I can see the logic of what you are doing. However, there are only very few very long ads, and I often still want to scan/skim these, which I cannot do.
Overall I am no just not doing this as click and wait is not my style.
I may be alone but I don't think so.

A couple of things I noticed navigating.
1. In the comments section, I see oldest first, this requires me to click on the latest page number, another action required by the reader.

Can it be set to newest at top? Is this just my browser settings?

2. When I click to look at classifieds, I get a list of cropped ads. I need to click on each one to see full text. and then click to go back. Before I was able to scroll through all the complete ads, which was much easier and faster, even if I was scrolling past some ads. For me the ads are now less user friendly. I used to just skim though them, and occasionally I would make an impulse buy. Now, this is less likely.

Great changes.
Thanks to the GoK team, all.
I will also echo @Geezer, the grey font is hard to read, and a bit small for comfort if I was to read for a long time.

A reasonable choice of lumber that has improved over time. Fancy hardwoods like walnut, and mahogany are in abundance. There are some plywood and rubber-wood boards available. There are also some kiln dried imported softwoods and merbao available. Some of the lumber is very green, so look for the kiln dried if you need stable timbers.

Echo everything said by others.
Breakfast great and the serve from 8am. Most other places say 9am and they still are not ready.
Sandwiches are cheap 22-32, and really packed full of filling. We got some sandwiches for a day out, the only mistake I made was ordering two, as this was too much. These are seriously good sangars, and they are wrapped in alu foil.

In fairness to Metro, they are a wholesalers, and not really a supermarket. Hence the need for a card, which can be got around.

They have improved in the year I have been away. They now carry a more consistent range of imported foodstuffs and they also seem to have sorted out the mported milk supply.

They have a wider range of electrical appliances now, there is a coice of more than one toast. There is also a better range of seasonal non foods, like clothes, shoes, garden furniture and camping gear.
