I was going to regester a company in china and eventually realized it was not a good idea. especially a wholy owned forighn company. the touts that provide this service are ridiculous expensive. a foreign owned company in china will be subject to compliance costs that locals will "avoid" you will never be on a level playing field. My company is reg. in Australia and my (kunming)wife controls all the chinese side with Chinese company.

I have a experience with this Mohan boarder is no problem if you have all the cars paper work. My Chinese driving licence is good in Lao and Chinese plates on my car no problem I have made this trip 2 times in the past few years. Lao police no problem. mountain road in Lao. is bad and dangerous... never make this trip in a Chinese holiday like spring festival. Chinese drivers and bad roads is extreme danger

BK is simply as crapy as other american processed meat product fast food. food in KM is a race to the bottom with all good restaurants not competing on quality. yes KMteacher i go to the best restaurants and see the banquets they look fantastic. but the best i can do is cook my own food at home, even then the production practices here known no limit to poisons and chemicals.
