Just be careful when buying protein powder, now that there is a scare of melamine being added to milk to increase protein content.....just check to make sure that you get the good stuff and not "melamine" improved!!!!!

Does anyone know if China has the equivalent of ADSL2 which is much faster than just ADSL. I find like the interent speed here is really dismal.
