Hi, I got a paper ballot to get to the Chengdu Consulate or to Chicago.. (Chicago does not allow electronic ballots due uh, it being Chicago:)). Does anyone know how to get a my ballot to Chengdu? The absentee voting info I received from the consulate via email wasn't helpful.

If purchasing a one year Vietnamese tourist visa just set you back 1,000 RMB...and you need to transfer it into a NEW passport, you can do it at the Vietnam Consulate for just 200 RMB. What a deal.

thanks for the info. I have a vietnam visa, too—one that set me back 1000 RMB. To get one put in my new passport will cost 200 RMB, as of this posting.
