Rooting does void the warranty, but you can revert the firmware at any time, then there is no way to tell.
I have access to several stores with my UK firmware, including google play, samsung apps (which could get you paid apps but localized, you pay in rmb)from here.

I usually download something I like on the internet then move it to my phone and never had a problem,no crashes etc, unless an app is not supported by the device, like some THD games only made for Tegra 3 devices etc.

When I said the right kernel,I mean the version and region of your phone,if your phone is made in UK,it's okay to flash a firmware from somewhere else in Europe, but still preferable to find a UK one.If you have problems spotting the right one for you,go to your phone's settings - about phone - baseband version and post or pm me the info and I can help you find the proper kernel.

I am using a software called Odin3,I used it to reflash 3 samsung phones so far (all purchased in China, but are all european made),and no problem with them.

This is a guide that sums up what I do when I need to reflash : www.jayceooi.com/[...] make sure to download the correct kernel for your phone, the one that matches the phone's region. The download should be about 700mb.

Hope this helps.

Hey Chris,I had the same problem, which I solved by reflashing the phone to a stock UK firmware, simple to do,but just like Alex suggested,it may result to a bricked phone if done improperly (I've rooted/reflashed many phones, never had a problem personally though),just make sure to read a bit before attempting anything,or have the seller do it for you,if you are confident enough that he'd succeed or take liability if anything goes wrong.

There it goes again, someone suggesting that if someone else had a gun in that theater maybe that sicko would have been stopped.Lemme ask you this:how do you stop someone armed to the teeth, who had planned this massacre for months and prepared for battle with a single handgun?I tell you how,you don't!The bloodshed was inevitable the moment that lunatic's mind was set on killing those innocent people.

And you say murder happens anyway, with a knife or a baseball bat,how many people would you think he could kill if he had entered the theater only armed with a knife? How many families would be mourning their loses now if he was only wielding a wooden stick?

Yes people kill, not guns, but if people were not armed, they cannot harm others to the same degree.Feel free to state your opinion, but the fact that people with access to guns are more dangerous than someone packing, lets say only fists,is undisputed.

Forums > Food & Drink > ErKuai (耳块) Recipes?!?

Erkai basically is made from normal rice the same ingredient that the rice noodles are made from, just slightly different techniques.

If you live in the SF bay area I would say that going to a ranch 99 super market and get yourself some packaged "rice cake" would do the trick, Or a korean food market where you can get the same thing.

Making this from scratch at home is too much work and time, and you probably won't find the appropriate equipment for it either.
