There is a K-12 international bilingual school in South Kunming called 'BIBS'. International means they can accept foreign passport holders and teach an international curriculum (IB). Bilingual means they can teach Chinese nationals English. 70 percent of their lessons are in English and 30 percent in Chinese. They have the largest cohort of qualified foreign teachers I know of in Kunming with 40. They are a medium sized school with 400 students. My boy has been there since 2017 and is very happy.
