Hi,
I have a Nexus 7 (Google) Android Tablet, which i would like to take with me on the journey to yunnan in autumn this year. This tablet has no data, only wifi. Is it possible to use this in yunnan for google maps, google search, emails. I would prefer this to my smartphone.
Everyone some experience with this?
I have been to Laos some years ago, if you are interested, see

Hi,
I wonder, how is kunming on a weekend, comparing to the rest of the week? I just recognized, that we shall come to kunming on a weekend (most probably saturday morning, arriving from dali) and leave on sunday or monday morning, coming back another friday and leave on saturday by plane to bangkok. That means we only have less than 2 days to make sightseeing in kunming, therefore the question.
Is it crowed with tourist on sightseeing points at the weekend? Or do most people move out of town?
Hi all,
thanks for information. I just check all possibilites, most probably we shall stay at the airport and book ahead as you recommend.
