@AlexKMG well, thank you, Alex. I have searched the employment of British, and I found the huge competition, mental stress and high commodity price the Chinese suffered. Even the students graduated from the British university can't find a goof job there. Recent years, economic situation is very grim though the "rising GDP", high salary and good environment are still the dream of everyone.

- Zhang Lijuan, Room702, unit 17, Vanke golden miles international community, Kunming, China, .hereby referred to as the Second Party or Employee.
The Parties of this agreement have agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.
Zhang Lijuan is being offered a Job as a Marketer on permanent basis at The Marriott Hotels London, United kingdom 1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY After evaluation of your CV and work experience(s), we found you qualified to work with our team, hence; The Marriot Hotels seeks to employ your services as a member of staff. This document embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract. 2.0 JOB LOCATION The work location is in London (Marriott Hotel) United Kingdom. 3.0 SALARY INDICATION/ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
Basic Monthly Salary: £4,800.00 GBP (Four Thousand Eight Hundred British Pound Sterling) only.
Hazard/Inconveniences: £200.00 GBP (Monthly).
Housing & Furnishings: £1,100.00 GBP (Yearly). 4.0 JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT
Your resumption date is 20th April 2015. Training/orientation Period will run for 1week from your resumption
Work Hours: Mondays through Sundays, Time: 7.00am to 9:55pm with break period of 2hrs hours only, beginning from 12.00noon to 2.00pm. Fridays are work free day for our Muslims Employees.
Employees shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if their work time exceeds the
official stipulated hours. Salary shall be liable to increments with time and
employees' official promotions and position in service. 5.0 GRANTS & LOANS
LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter's amount will be £5,500.00 GBP can be re-paid within five (5) years . IOU When applicable. 6.0 LEAVE PERIOD
Employee is entitled to 1 times leave in a year, the duration of the leave is one month each. Employee will receive £800.00 GBP take home for each leave period. 8.0 MEDICAL/HEALTH
Employee will provided with comprehensive health care for the term of contract and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract.
In a case of emergency situation, Employee will be flown to his home country or any country suitable for the best medical attention. This decision can be influenced by the findings of the Marriott Hotels medical experts, unless the Employee in question states otherwise. 9.0 TRAVEL PLANS/RELOCATION Expenses made/incurred by the Employee related to job before commencement of duties shall be substantiated and reimbursed by the Employer on the conditions stated below:
The Employee will be reimbursed by the Employer for reasonable moving expense(s) incurred only as a result of relocation.
An Open Flight Ticket will be issued to the Employee by the Employer as soon as the Employer received confirmation from the Immigration Office on the approval of Work Permit and Foreign Affairs Certificate ETC.
Reimbursement shall be made to only those who applied for them.
Expenses made by the employer in relation to household equipments, pets, and other Personal assets shall not be reimbursed as these would be considered employees responsibility. 10.0 AGREEMENT
This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous contracts, written and verbal, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
Neither parties may assign their obligations nor rights under this agreement to any other person in any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written consent of Marriott Hotels Inc.
This Agreement is constructed in accordance with section 8 of British Employment Act 1963. A single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising out of this agreement.
