thanks. The yogurt maker costs only 50 - 90 kuai , I guess worth the investment. Ive checked the tmal culture supplier , but no word about free maker when purchase bigger amount. So I guess the offer is over. I'm just not sure what is the difference between

using powder milk ( which type ? ) or fresh milk ( which one? ). I would appreciate any experience with this. I have never even made a milk from powder.

thank you.

Thanks guys for the tips. Definitely will check the yogurt machine with those pouches.
I went to Metro today, no imported natural yogurt, but got a Chinese one which says "0% sugar". To my surprise , it is real one. No sugar and tastes naturally, but price tag is not much natural - almost 29kuai for 135g
so can't wait to make mine much cheaper ;-)

thanks again!

Thank you all for the advises. I see the problem with keeping constant 37C for 8hours. Need some special heater with thermometer. Also the yogurt culture , where you can get that thing? Any ratio suggestions? how much of yogurt culture on 1l or something. Thanks again;-)

Thanks for the video, just 2 things. There is some yogurt added into the milk on video. What type and where can I get it? Secondly , as said here, I can't use the Chinese milk , if I understood correctly. So what milk should I use? The powder milk also imported ? how can I be sure it's imported i on TB so many fake things? cheers

I have a same question as topic started . Looking for a Chinese version of non sweetened or with any additives natural yogurt. I'm not fussy about organic, just can't find "normal" ? yogurt without sugar or whatever they put in. My wife ( local ) has no idea what I'm talking about, so asking here. Cheers;-)

laofengzi, right :-) I never though of this one, coz have absolute no experience with HDR. Fair point! :-)

Yereth, sorry, I didn't mean to slagging your photos. I guess its just a personal preference. For 'noisy' filter I usually use VSCO plugin in LT, which takes off the 'perfection' of digital photography and gives impression of analog. It also, with combination opening shadows function, gives that 'painting' impression, rather the real photo. Specially in picture with complex details . However Im trying to not use it to much on photos where is the sky or clouds to avoid actual dots being visible. (2nd from the end) And also with opening shadows to much it may cause that unrealistic colour of the sky ( aqua-ish ), 3rd picture from top. Just my humble opinion, not criticising, we all have different styles of photography and post processing.

Nice pics.,try to use less saturation in post processing, its to grainy ( looks like scans from negative ).

to photographer : try LT5 function : Lense corrections ( chromatic aberration, prof.corrections etc.- usually auto mode is good enough ) to prevent your towers 'falling'. Its a good tool to substitute shifting lense.
Other than that, good job!

Yangshuo sunrise - .I guess its worth to get up for that, nice pics. I would recomend to use graduate filter to avoid overexposed sky with sun and underexposed ground.
