It seems that local governments are wanting to make it easier for people to buy houses. Restrictions will be lifted while the huge inventory of housing remains.
Making a report to the hotline for safety issues etc is important and should be commended. I called once about trees that needed trimming, not only did they do the work quickly but they also called to make sure I was satisfied that the work had been done and in a good way.
For urgent things like broken traffic lights etc call 110
It's better to report things so they can be fixed, most people don't do that so the city government doesn't get the info that those things need to be done.

you can take the Metro to RiXin Road station and exit at door D
when we renovated we took our workmen to B&Q to select materials from their excellent range if samples. Then with that list in hand we went to the construction market near Mingbo bridge and got the same materials at either half or one third of the B&Q price.
It's a good place for window shopping.
