I would like to know, if you are capable of transporting a computer and a lot of other stuff from Kunming to Khon Kaen in Thailand - Price-example??????

Left Kunming last year. Lived there 4 years. Recently a friend tried to send my laptop to me here in Thailand, but China Post refused to send it. Anybody who can tell me why they have this strange policy???
