We organize Mixed Martial Arts / Catch wrestling / Brazilian jiu-jitsu / Submission grappling classes in downtown Kunming.

With over 32 years of high-level competition and coaching background in wrestling, BJJ and MMA, we're now officially opening our third training center in China. We have 2 head instructors (black belt), both of which are national champions in their respective countries, thus high level instructions is guaranteed.

We cover all levels, so classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced grapplers and fighters. There's no pre-requisite on experience, age or gender. Girls are also highly welcomed.

Class Times:
Mon, Wed, Fri: 19:30 - 21:30

Club Membership:
Monthly: 500 yuan / month
Half yr: 400 yuan / month
Annual: 300 yuan / month

really nice class and very kind teammates,happy to train with them and play with them,make a lot of friends,practice my English,sometimes there are diffierent activities,for example national wrestling match and MMA or Boxing match,,,this weekend they are going to Mongulign Nadum culture Festival(蒙古那达慕文化节)then have a show,l will go with my teacherO(∩_∩)O,can't wait >_<!!!



This gym is by far the best gym I've attended anywhere, and I mean Worldwide. I was really surprised that Kunming or rather China could offer such a high level of submission wrestling / BJJ. I've been in most top gyms in China, and there's no other gym that offer what they do here, and the best part is that it's super CHEAP! In the bigger cities like Beijing and Shanghai, they don't offer so many hours per week nor are their classes half as good in my opinion. and the prices is way overpriced in Beijing and Shanghai, it can vary from 1k-1.5k rmb per month! so I'm super lucky! I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve in their fighting/wrestling/BJJ/(even)self-defense. if you just are looking to learn something new, the atmosphere is really fun.
